S.C. Myers & Associates, Inc. (SCM&A) provided to the newly created Baltimore City Public Schools Board on-call cost control and construction management services for school projects. The on-call services included cost estimating/analysis, scheduling, design review, contractibility review, value engineering, interagency coordination, integration, construction management, inspection, and claims/change order services. SCM&A worked closely with the owner and the design team to ensure quality design documents for the construction phase.
