Leo O Daly engaged S.C. Myers & Associates, Inc. (SCM&A) to provide preliminary cost estimates for the proposed District of Columbia Consolidated Laboratory Facility to combine the function of public safety and public health into a world class, state-of-the-art facility. This facility would include the Metropolitan Police Department, Office of the Chief Medical Examiner and the Department of Health. The building is proposed to alleviate limitations with the current laboratory facilities in the District of Columbia.
