S.C. Myers & Associates, Inc. (SCM&A) was sub-contracted by Parsons Management Consultants (PMC) of Dulles, VA, to perform construction inspection and claims analysis services at Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport and Washington Dulles International Airport in the Washington, D.C. metropolitan area.

SCM&A served on the PMC team to provide management support services for the Capital Construction Program, initiated by the Metropolitan Washington Airports Authority (MWAA) to improve its airports in the Washington, D.C. metropolitan area. Some of the renovation and expansion projects under the Capital Construction Program include an underground train system, additional public parking, a new airport traffic control tower and runway.
