As a subconsultant to Delon Hampton & Associates (DHA), S.C. Myers & Associates, Inc. (SCM&A) provided Project Management Oversight (PMO) services to the Federal Transit Administration (FTA).

The projects were located within the FTA Region II, headquartered in New York. As part of the contract, SCM&A provided engineering and construction management oversight services on New Jersey Transit Corporation projects that received FTA funding. The scope included but was not limited to reporting to the FTA on scheduling, budgeting, quality assurance, and management performance.
