As the construction management tier-two subconsultant to Project Management Associates (PMA)/Bechtel/Parsons Brinckerhoff Joint Venture, S.C. Myers & Associates, Inc. (SCM&A) provided project scheduling, construction claims, and change order services to the Massachusetts Highway Department (MHD) on the Central Artery/Tunnel project in Boston, Massachusetts. SCM&A services also included the review of project schedule and other project management packages related to cost and the resources-loaded contract schedule, cost estimating, change order review, and construction claim services.
