The SCM&A inspector inspected the work of the contractor for workmanship, conformance with specifications, and applicable building codes. In addition, SCM&A inspector conducted progress meetings, reviewed submittals, negotiated change orders with the contractor, and kept Denver Service Center (DSC) NPS personnel informed of construction progress, conflicts and issues, through conference calls, and weekly Quality Control reports.
