The Jair Lynch Companies / S.C. Myers & Associates, Inc. Joint Venture (JLC / SCM&A) was retained by the National Park Service to perform construction management services for the William Fitzgerald Tennis Center in Washington, D.C.

This rehabilitation project included deferred maintenance items, repainting of the exterior masonry perimeter walls, and life-safety items with an ADA Upgrade. SCM&A provided construction management services to ensure that the project was on schedule and within budget.
